"Fast, Concise Answers but Can Feel Overwhelming for Deep Research"

What do you like best about AlphaSense?

The generative search which very quickly syntheses a concise answer to my questions, e.g., when doing research Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AlphaSense?

A bit overwhelming at first, and sometime it feels like I'm going deeper into a branch of a research topic and in that process losing track of the overall tree structure that I was coming from. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AlphaSense solving and how is that benefiting you?

When doing market research, both industry wide as well as on a specific company and its peers. The information is quickly pulled together with links to all underlying analyses, reports, interview transcripts and earnings meetings. What do you like best about AlphaSense?

AlphaSense is a useful tool for monitoring competitive activities and announcements. I appreciate that the AI tool is advanced enough to not only tag documents of interest but also summarize and address questions, saving me time. I find that I can get a summary answer from the AI, which helps in efficiently handling business questions without scanning through numerous documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AlphaSense?

It's not always easy to navigate the different sources and set up alerts. And sometimes setting up alerts just results in a lot of noise. No there is no integration - it is all manual. Given the cost structure, we may have to switch back to another provider. It is a great tool but can be cost prohibitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
